This Valentine’s Day we’ll be serving eight courses of light-hearted—but very serious food in downtown Provo, Utah. Chef Matt’s been dreaming of this menu since 2025 and so far, R&D is insane.

Years ago we created this club as an answer to dining in a pandemic. The restaurant world was scrambling to find a way to survive, and so were we. We needed a place to share the craft. Our goal at its inception was to bring people around the table to foster camaraderie, & connection in the open mountain air. This time we have a new goal…
